It is not possible to replace, nor exchange, returned products.
Unwanted items would need to be returned per our returns policy.
Please place a new online order for the correct product you need.
Returns
Our returns policy covers all items (except Gift Cards), including those on promotion or sale.
You may return online order up to 14 days after receipt (except for Gift Cards). To Return your order
please proceed as follows:
Step 1:
Send your return request to info@creativedropjewelry.com. Include the word “RETURNS” in the email title.
Your email should include the following:
1- You full name
2- Your Return address
3- Your order number
4- The reason for your return
Step 2:
Creativedrop Inc will send you a return form in pdf along with your return label.
Step 3:
Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original box using the original packaging materials along with the
returned form. It is extremely important that you include the return form with your package for us to
process your return.
Step 4:
Return the parcel according to the instructions of the return carrier
Step 5:
Save a copy of the return postage
Step 6:
Allow 14 working days for the return to be processed. Once the online return is processed, you will
receive a confirmation email. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
You can use the tracking information proved by the return carrier to track your returned parcel.
